A CONCEPT CAR FROM SKETCH TO REAL-SIZE IN MINUTES
LOS ANGELES, CA (October 27, 2014) - During the 2014 Los Angeles Auto Show (LA Auto Show®), the mecca for the world's leading car designers and manufacturers, the Austrian startup, we-inspire, will unveil their interactive solution to the American market. Designers can sketch, take notes and mark up drafts with pen and paper and immediately see the results presented vectorized on the we-inspire wall. From here sketch can be edited and expanded to at least 24 feet without losing any detail, which makes it the perfect tool for car design.
The car concept design process take months, and in many cases when a sketch is rejected is tossed at the size of a monitor. The we-inspire software however allows for these ideas to be revisited, further developed on and to be seen in the size of a car. Not only can you present a concept car sketched by hand in minutes, but you can also show unlimited iterations next eachother. Einy Paulsen, US Country Manager for we-inspire says "we are very excited to show our system next to some of the world’s best design talents. The size of our board makes it possible to design cars in real-size with undisputed precision. Our cost-effective technology will be demoed throughout the day and we welcome everybody to come over and try it out!”
